About Pamela
Lived Experience. Professional Insight. Compassionate Guidance.
Hi! I’m Pamela Glatter, and I created Autism Navigation Solutions to support families like mine: families navigating the overwhelming, beautiful, exhausting, and often isolating journey of autism.
If this journey feels lonely or like no one “gets it,” you’re in the right place. I’ve lived the hard parts with my son—gastro issues, elopement, sleepless nights, food aversions, communication challenges, IEP battles, emergency surgery, guardianship, residential decisions, and the bumpy road to adulthood. As your coach, I turn that lived experience into clear steps, steady encouragement, and practical tools—so you can move from emotional overwhelm to confident action.
I live in Stoughton, Massachusetts, with my husband Bill, and we are the proud parents of two adult children. Our youngest son, now 27, has level one autism and he has been my greatest teacher and the heart behind this work.
Background & Approach
I’ve spent over two decades working in sales and marketing, but my true calling has always been in the autism space. From serving on nonprofit boards to working on the Autism Response Team at Autism Speaks, I’ve helped families across the country find support, resources, and clarity.
